Tasks:
- In cooperation with the HR Manager, effectively manage and execute the recruitment process;
- Support on all contractual and legal issues for staff and management;
- Maintain sickness absences and annual leave records;
- Support the HR manager on Employee Development Programs;
- Process the necessary administrative tasks;
- Contribute to the development of HR policies by identifying issues and expectations of both staff and management;
- Support the HR manager in preparing proposals and statistics for the Management Team
- Process all administrative input to the pay roll administrator
- Support the HR manager in the development or adaptations of benefit plans, policies and processes.
Job requirements
. Bachelor in Human Resource Management
. At least 4 years generic HR experience in a fast paced international environment
. Good knowledge Dutch labour laws and regulations
. Excellent communication skills
. Excellent knowledge of English both in word and writing
- Good knowledge of Dutch
