What is the job?
As a Dutch HR employee you will support the directors with all HR related issues in Malta and in the Netherlands. This is a newly created role so the Dutch HR employee will be responsible for creating a HR structure and become the first point of contact for all employees regarding sickness, holidays etc. Furthermore you will assist in the interview process by becoming the contact between external agencies and internal departments. Our client is expanding in Malta so you will help new relocators settle on the island as quickly as possible.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the role of Dutch HR employee you will first of all have finished a 3rd level degree in 'Personeel en Arbeid' or similar. This is still a relatively small company so our client prefers to hire someone with a only a few years experience in HR and who wants to grow with the company. Of course you are willing to spend several year working in Malta.
Where is the job based?
Working in Malta is great. An island based between Europe and Africa that is offering the best of both, sun, sea and great food and entertainment. Interview process and Salary
There will be several interviews held for the role of Dutch HR employee. Some will be via phone or Skype others face to face. If you are looking for a company that will pay for everything do not apply. Our client is willing pay certain expenses and help you get settled in Malta but do want people to invest themselves as well in a career abroad. Salary is depending on experience.
