Their Amsterdam Customer Service Organization is a strong group of 130 people, organized in both regional and international teams. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Background in business, preferably Customer Service.
- Experience with Oracle is considered an advantage.
- Positive outlook on dealing with customers and know how to organize your work.
- Dealing with complex processes, you remain accurate and structured.
- Excellent command of the in the advertisement specified language, both conversational and written.
