Our client is a large pharmaceutical multinational with offices based in Amsterdam. They are looking for dynamic German order management representatives to join their international team.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Checking availability of medical stock/supplies
- Process orders
- Issue invoices
- Deal with client inquiries about product and/or order
- Manage outbound calls to warehouses, suppliers, freight partners to be able to deal with customer or client queries
Skills and requirements:
- Fluent German essential
- Previous call center experience
- strong phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Very good organizational skills
- Background in Business an advantage
