About the job
For our client based in the Hague we are searching for an Logistics Assistant who will focus on the logistic administration. In this role you will be part of a team of 5 people. The team is responsible for the complete logistical process including the reparations of the clients product.
• Assist with import / export of equipment
• Assist with packing and unpacking of in / outgoing goods
• Register in / out going goods / order management / purchase orders
• Assist with database / tracking system
• Assist and arrange purchasing and maintain filing system
• Maintaining contact with suppliers & couriers
Job requirements
The ideal candidate will posses a hands-on mentality with excellent and accurate administration skills. Excellent customer service skills and a sense of responsibility as well as pervious work experience in a similar role within a international organisation.
• MBO / HBO level of education in the logistic, commercial or administrative field.
• Experience in a similar logistics function
• Team player but can work well independently
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Good communication skills
• English language (written, spoken) and intermediate Dutch at NT2 level.
• Accurate and flexible
• Stress resistant
