About the job
In this role you will act as a single point of contact for your designated markets optimising all aspects of customer service, supply policies, forecast consumption, order receipt and proactive management of orders.
The purpose of this role is to build sound relationships with customers, agents and in- market colleagues working towards a culture of continious improvement.
The key outputs include:
- Orders managed proactively from receipt to delivery.
- Knowledge of stock levels in-market and an awereness of customers operations through liaison with agents/market managers
- Frequent liaison with UK order fulfillment team and other production sites to ensure cusotmer satisfaction
Job requirements
Requirements:
- HBO degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Excel,experience with SAP is a plus.
- Mandarin and fluent in English.
- At least 2 years experience in export/customer service/ order management.
- Logistics experience is mandatory.
