Job description
- Provide support to the local market. Ensure and monitor that the market achieves its set KPI’s: clean order book, fast claim turn-around, working with company guidelines/processes.
- Develop a clear set of KPI’s to monitor the order to delivery chain.

- Act as an intermediary between customer, sales and internal departments. Provide all information from internal departments, such as planning, design, logistics, and commercial to the local markets.
- Manage central processes such as samples arrangements, price lists management etc.
- Train local super user on system developments.

- Manage order book after sales campaigns finish, make agreed changes.
- Ensure that release rules work for the market.
- Make any necessary manual amendments.
- Gather feedback from the market on processes & systems and communicate them centrally for development and improvement of processes.
- Run tools only allowed to be used centrally such as mass order updates, overriding of dates.
Requirements
Minimal 3 years in a logistical or supply chain environment.
English language (knowledge of any other European language is a plus)
Bachelor level studies.
Communicate effectively; makes effective and persuasive presentations, both oral and written. Considers issues of style, content, audience, impact, and timing when shaping communication.
