Are you a Spanish and Portuguese speaker and do you speak English fluently as well?
We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Helpdesk Agent Spanish and Portuguese.
In this position you will be helping clients solve their problems with data backup devices, storage devices, removable storage products such as external drives, portable hard drives and other related products. You will be solving these problems by phone, by email or on the web board (on-line). Product training comes with the job, however experience in networking/storage devices is required!
Job requirements
You have good troubleshooting skills and you are able to identify the customer's problem in a professional manner and as quickly as possible. Moreover, you have good communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese and English, written and verbal, which enable you to explain things in a clear way to experienced and unexperienced customers. Furthermore, you have a customer-minded attitude, good typing and multitasking skills.
Lastly, you understand that basic computer knowledge is not enough for this position. You should have proven technical skills, good knowledge of operating systems and basic networking knowledge. Knowledge of back-up technology is a plus.
