About the job
The Transport coordinator is the first point of contact for inbound and outbound transport escalations and the main contact between several departments and carrier customer service teams. The transportation coordinator manages and handles on a daily basis “ship today” cases, courier requests and claims. The transportation coordinator is also responsible for maintaining exception reporting towards customers.
Job requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least two years work experience in a pan European transportation/logistics environment.
Necessary competences include excellent communication skills, a hands on mentality and a exceptional planning talent.
Furthermore, fluency in English and good MS Office skills are required (Dutch is not necessary). The position is temporary until approximately June 2012.
