About the job
• Day to day management of incoming customer receipts and posting to the appropriate customer account and invoices, according to customers remittance and/or bank statements
• Proactively and timely partner with customers and internal departments to resolve un-applied cash by reviewing and analyzing bank accounts
• Have direct contact with customers to solve charge-backs in a proper manner as quickly as possible
• Ensure all related policies and procedures are followed and system cash integrity maintained
• Resolve inquiries promptly and accurately by understanding client and credit control team needs
Job requirements
• Financial education (MBO+ level)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar job, preferably in amultinational environment
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is a plus)
• Languages: fluency in English, good communication in German (must)
• Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness in a diverse and international environment
• Being able to succeed in a deadline-oriented organisation
• A self-starting, proactive and customer oriented personality
• Accurate administration skills
