Due to the increased demand for their services there is now a position available for a German Senior Agent and New Hire Coach based in Maastricht Netherlands.
Role: In this role you will report to the Team leader of Training and Quality. You are required to prepare and maintain personal Customer Service Representative files. You must deliver training and re-fresh training. Another key element of the role is Quality monitoring along with providing individual and/or group feedback. Senior Agent and New Hires must analyze and give recommendations which will therefore contribute to the annual development plan.
Skills: To be considered for this role you must possess fluent German and English. Strong analytical skills are also a pre-requisite of this role.In addition you must possess 2 years Customer Service experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and coaching and should be able to manage and build a customer base and follow the processes and procedures of the company.
