For our client in Eersel we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with affinity in logistics.
Your responsibilites will include:
-First point of contact for customers
-Coordination of International Shipments
-Working together with customs teams to ensure a complete and accurate process
- Contact between transport operations, carriers and customers
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- International shipping and customs experience
- Understanding of the Supply Chain process
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Polish, Czech, Swedish or Turkish language is a must
- Two years of experience in a similar role
