Job description
Being the first contact point for customers. Act as an intermediary between customer/sales/ internal departments. Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries and /or complaints. Responsible for maintaining customer order book and contributing to reaching the targets on shipped orders for the month. Focus on the order flow process, objective to get the orders through the supply chain in the most efficient way against agreed customer service level.

Responsible for order maintenance and cleaning up order book. Responsible for the receipt and processing customer orders, inquiries and /or complaints, by maintaining a clean order book meaning: checking open orders, balances and checking when stock will be delivered.  Releasing orders and informing customers/sales of any changes/adjustments. Takes responsibility of checking the work and reporting any irregularities to the customer service team leader.

Act as an intermediary between customer/sales/ internal departments, by ensuring correct communication between customers and sales on daily bases. Check with financial department the hold /credit status of orders/customers.

Responsible for own development, bases on taking initiative, in the job by developing product and system knowledge. Following the procedures in a correct way. Developing communicative and service skills by sharing knowledge and ideas with team-members and the department. Acting proactively and ask where additional help is needed.

Requirements
(near) Native level German speaker + fluent English

Applicants must be living in the Netherlands, preferably in the Rotterdam area or willing/planning to relocate.
