Account Strategist, OPG - Beijing
This position is based in Beijing, China.

The role: Account Strategist, OPG
The Online Partnership Group (OPG) grows Google's business with online publishers by helping them utilize tools from products such as AdSense and DoubleClick. Our team is made up of high-achieving specialists who work with partners in online advertising and e-commerce. We thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments. On this team you proactively identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from existing and new partners. In OPG, we strive to exceed partner expectations through building, supporting and maintaining long-term win-win relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Maximize client revenue by account management and promoting improvement ideas both as a dedicated consultant and through scalable ways
* Up-sell Google AdSense and other Google products for key partners
* Enhance the quality of High Touch accounts and grow them into higher value accounts
* Collaborate with global product development team to meet local customer expectations
* Scalable initiatives for the larger pool of publishers to drive revenue growth
* Closely cooperate with data analysts in identifying growth opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
* BA/BSc degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience
* Fluency in English and Mandarin.
* Technology/online industry experience
* knowledgeable about consumer mobile products, the Internet, online products, customers, online advertising technologies and strategies, and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Sales or client service experience in advertising, mobile, e-commerce, publishing, online services.
* Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional selling opportunities.
* Action oriented and excellent organization skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with senior leaders, peers, and external entities.
* HTML, JavaScript skills.
