The role: Publisher Support and Operations Associate, OPG
The Online Partnership Group (OPG) grows Google's business with online publishers by helping them utilize tools from products such as AdSense and DoubleClick. Our team is made up of high-achieving specialists who work with partners in online advertising and e-commerce. We thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments. On this team you proactively identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from existing and new partners. In OPG, we strive to exceed partner expectations through building, supporting and maintaining long-term win-win relationships.
As an Account Strategist on the Online Partnerships Group team, you build sales and marketing skills by helping us serve our worldwide user base. You work with small- and medium-sized web publishers to grow their online advertising business with Google. We promote thoughtful risk-taking to develop the next generation of sales solutions for our growing publisher network.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the payment process for Google Adsense publishers and work on improving the process? efficiency and decreasing risks
* Provide excellent levels of publisher services via a variety of media channels (email, forum, blog, help center, etc) to grow and develop online publishers?s satisfaction
* Cooperate with global team and support local broader range of OPG teams to develop and optimize publisher supports processes
Minimum Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Self-directed, motivated, and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goal
* Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with senior leaders, peers, and external entities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin.
