The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating purchase orders with transactional stakeholders: suppliers, vendors, customs agents/officers, and internal departments. Â The Customer Service Representative is the nexus of communication and documentary flow for each transaction, keeping regular contact by phone, fax, and e-mail. Key emphasis is placed on good communication and strong organizational skills. Â A basic understanding of commercial and logistical concepts is a plus.
Requirements
- Middle Vocational Education (MBO)
- Approx. 1-2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Order Management or Customer Services B2B)
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and French with a strong preference for German and Dutch as an extra language
- Reliable
- High service level
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivated
- Quick thinker
- Affinity with working in an international environment
