Job description
To ensure the goals and objectives for the Eastern Europe region are achieved.
To effectively manage and develop Adistribution network to maximise sales and margins within the region.
To enhance the brand awareness within the region.
To increase sales and margins earned from products and services provided to Key Accounts primarily in target sectors (Aggregates, Mining, Construction, Waste & Scrap) and to OEMs within the region.
To build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives in Key Accounts & distributor principals. Undertake consultative selling and coaching in conjunction with Loadrite distributors to close sales arising from the Key Account and OEM relationships.
To provide technical sales support to distributors
Requirements
Ability to build credibility and working relationships at senior executive level with: Key Accounts / End Users / Distributors / OEM customers
In depth understanding of business trends and issues in identified sector markets, particularly aggregates and scrap industries
Excellent presentation, sales and negotiation / closing skills
Ability to understand customers problems and to anticipate how products can be leveraged to provide solutions
Strong people and project management capabilities
Demonstrated Key Account sales success in related technical industries.
Relevant tertiary qualification
Fluent in English
Fluent in German
Salary indication
Depends on education and experience
