SRGEurope is looking for a dedicated German Customer Service Advisor to join one of Europe's largest providers of Online Gaming services. This position for German Customer Service Advisor is situated in the centre of Online Gaming in Gibraltar and an excellent opportunity for an individual with the motivation to progress their career within the Online Gaming industry. This German Customer Service Advisor will be supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their Online Gaming experience.
Customer Service Advisor Profile:
* Strong commercial customer service experience working in a corporate call centre environment
* Professional Fluency in English and German both written and spoken
* Previous Online Gaming experience is highly desirable
* Chatty/bubbly personality and enjoy meeting new people
* Excellent telephone manner
* Flexible on working hours
* Already be living locally preferred but not essential
* Can start immediately
