Job description
Providing high level customer services by answering and handling all incoming telephone/fax/letter/e-mail to internal and external requests,
Pro-actively manage the customers and seek to understand their needs, works to resolve issues in a timely manner and capitalizes on opportunities
Customer support related to administration on Order / Invoice non-commercial issue
Internal support related to customer administration and related to Licensing/Pricing/Policies
Commercial support to Sales team members in local regions
Deals review and approval management, quotations validation
Processing quotations and all incoming customer orders
Coordinates all customer related commercial activities such as order confirmation, technical information, customer complaints and credit/debit notes handling
Follow product and price policy according to WW policy & procedures, discount policy and revenue recognition
Daily invoicing EMEA customers for products, maintenance renewal, education, consulting
System Data Maintenance (Customer system master file maintenance, Registration data accuracy)

Qualifications
Fluency in English and one other European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Polish)
High level of customer focus
2 years relevant experience in an international Customer Services environment
HBO (High School Diploma) level, or MBO with relevant experience
Good team player who can also work independently
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
Good Computer Literature skills (MS office, databases, internet)
IT business industry experience is a plus,

High energy and positive attitude
Responsible, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to handle multi-tasks
Business and goals focused with commercial and financial insight
