Job description
Supports employees, expatriates and other visitors with all visa and immigration requirements for any country in the world. Need to provide them with advise on the local regulations for obtaining visa’s, assist them with compiling all necessary documentation for the application process etc.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to ensure timely provision of Visa, Resident and other permits
Assisting employees to apply for work permits worldwide
Providing letters of invitation and letters of employment to employees, allowing them to apply for visa worldwide
Assisting employees coming to the Netherlands in their arrival and departure, for example by accompanying them to the municipality or to help them to exchange their foreign driver’s license for a Dutch license.
Applying for the 30% ruling (a special tax benefit for highly skilled migrants) for employees coming to the Netherlands
Assisting on Training and Internship cases (I don’t know how long this will still be the case)
Processing invoices in SAP
Ensuring that company employees/organizations receive HR/Financial support as authorized.
Handling of telephone/e-mail/personal enquiries and providing advice accordingly, referring more complex matters to the appropriate HR Assistant or HR Advisor.
Processing of incoming and outgoing (e-)mail and prioritizing accordingly.
Maintaining records and/or files as required.
Providing administrative assistance to the unit and assist in the general operation to maintain quality and effectiveness.
Assist the Supervisor in compiling data for the preparation of comprehensive and miscellaneous reports. Verifying records for accuracy and providing supporting documentation when required.
Informing and guiding of employees regarding company's policies and procedures as well as issues relating to assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job requirements
Candidate profile:
High school diploma (GCSE’s, HAVO or equivalent)
Three years of clerical experience, including two in HR.
Experience inworking with expatriate organisations/clientele preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
Must communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in ENGLISH and DUTCH in an effective way.
Good computer skills in MS Office and preferably in SAP
Must be able to show proactivity and self motivation and take initiative.
Must show a high degree of service-mindness and cultural awareness.
Must be able to prioritize and show flexibility in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Must be able to build up and maintain client relationships internally and externally.
