Job description HR Manager - Interim opportunity
The HR Manager is responsible for the direct management of the HR operations team currently consisting of HR Service Desk Administrator and HR Advisor.
Close collaboration between the HR Manager and other key members of the central HR team will be essential to fulfill all elements of the HR Strategic plan and ensure a consistent and efficient approach to all HR related activities.
In addition to supporting the Corporate head office and PVH European team, the HR Manager will act as primary contact for the HR advisor in the Dutch country team. This will include escalation of day to day management of business unit HR related activities and to ensure that HR initiatives and policies are correctly implemented as appropriate.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all matters relating to relocation including: immigration applications and renewals, removals; facilitation of relocation support via external relocation provider; 30% tax ruling application process; reporting and analysis.
Job requirements HR Manager - Interim opportunity
This is a true HR Generalist role which will be ideal for someone fitting the following profile;
* Post-secondary education; Degree or post graduate diploma in Human Resources or Labour law preferred or equivalent experience
* Min 5 years of relevant experience
* Fluency in written and spoken English and solid understanding of written Dutch essential, fluency an advantage. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
* Practical working knowledge of Dutch employment legislation especially; grievance & disciplinary procedures; employee rights; maternity & parental rights; dismissal; discrimination; consultation.
