Job description HR Advisor
The HR Advisor will support the corporate head office in day to day management of the business in all HR related activities and to assist, implement and execute all HR programs and policies as appropriate. The HR Advisor will also provide support to the distribution centre HR team as required.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for all matters relating to relocation including: immigration applications and renewals, removals; facilitation of relocation support via external relocation provider; 30% tax ruling application process; reporting and analysis.
Job requirements HR Advisor
We are looking for a candidate who fits the following profile;
1. Post-secondary education; Degree or post graduate diploma in Human Resources or Labour law preferred or equivalent experience
2. Min 3 years of relevant experience
3. Fluency in written and spoken English & Dutch essential, knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
4. Practical working knowledge of Dutch employment legislation especially; grievance & disciplinary procedures; employee rights; maternity & parental rights; dismissal; discrimination; consultation.
