Job description Brand Concept Manager - temporary role for 6 months

Tasks & Responsibilities

Supporting Creative Development
The Associate Manager, Brand Concept is expected to play an important role in supporting the Manager, Brand Concept in defining creative concepts that will help building a consistent, premium brand experience at all 12-24 Y.O. consumer touch points and support the company’s marketing objectives.

Project management:
Plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve specific project goals and objectives within project constraints— within scope, quality, time and budget. Optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives.

Project management includes:

Creative development
Assist the Manager, Brand Concept in developing and executing strong brand stories that support the marketing objectives. This includes the execution of Company initiatives and co-op marketing activities, both instore and outbound.

Programming
Support the Manager, Brand Concept in managing the European product / marketing calendar for Company Europe. The Associate Manager, Brand Concept is involved on a day-to-day basis in the communication between Product, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Vendors, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.

Retail marketing
Support the Manager, Brand Concept in developing strong in-store story telling devices that will help upgrading the shopping experience a Company, while enhancing the Company core brand values. In this process, the Associate Manager, Brand Concept is responsible for managing programming and content for Company TV and developing ad-hoc communication tools to leverage the brand within the retail environment.

Online activities
The Associate Manager, Brand Concept, plays an important role in managing Company Europe website, providing accurate content to further elevate Company Europe online brand presence. In this process, the Associate Manager, Brand Concept liaises with internal and external parties or agencies and co-ordinates the project from creative development to final implementation.

Special projects/tasks
Maintain the Sales Promo calendar on a weekly basis.
Additional related special projects and specific tasks may also be required on an ad-hoc basis, depending on the needs of the business and as required by the Manager, Brand Concept or the Brand Director.



Job requirements Brand Concept Manager - temporary role for 6 months

Competency Profile

* Bachelor degree, preferably related to Business Administration or marketing
* Relevant experience (3 years) in a similar environment within the FMCG / Fashion / Sport Brand industry or with an Advertising agency. Experience with youth brands would be a plus.
* Experience in managing or coordinating projects
* Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages desirable
* Strong communication skills
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
* Potential to grow within the marketing discipline
* Pro-active, well organized and flexible
* Team player and customer oriented mindset
