Job description QA Officer with fluency in English
Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Regional Quality Manager and his team, helping to maintain and execute the quality distribution roles as well as supporting in other Quality areas
* Support to the QA team
* Follow up on communications with countries
* Support for the preparation, execution and closure of a field action
* Support on Quality holds
* Support on devices
* Support on distribution internal and external distribution questions
* Support on the maintenance of the quality system ( GMP, GDP and ISO 13485)
* Support to new product launch
* Responsible for all SAP change requests
* Working with the QA team to ensure that files are up-to-date and archiving old documentation, as required
* Ensuring new documents are reviewed either by QA or the appropriate Regulatory Affairs Officer, as required, prior to implementation.
* Documenting non-conformances, investigation and CAPA
* Advising the Regional Quality Manager on the fate of the returns based on the visual inspection
Job requirements QA Officer with fluency in English
Experience & Job Competencies
* To be successful, ideally you will need at least one year’s previous experience of Quality Assurance and be educated to degree level in Science, or hold an equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 Knowledge and/or GMP/GDP.
* You will need to be objective and solution focused.
* Excellent communication skills are required
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a very busy and high profile environment
* Full command of the English language.
* Proficiency in an additional European language is also desired.
* Computer literate (Windows, MS Office, databases). Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* SAP knowledge and experience is preferred
