Job description Sales Team Leader - native Dutch
Sales
To facilitate sales force growth, increased sales and profits.
To motivate, train, and recognize the Distributors and Sales force.
To observe Distributor performance and provide coaching and counseling to ensure effective execution of goals.
To analyze both external and internal market factors for the region in order to determine market value by distributorship, for resource allocation, goal setting and market realignment.
To identify new Distributors by recognizing potential Unit Managers and Demonstrators for Distributorship roles.
To help organize and execute regional meetings and conferences with the purpose to develop and maintain a well-motivated and well-informed Distributor organization.
To coordinate and follow-up on all sales and recruiting activities in the region and to gain acceptance from sales force.
To evaluate regional results of promotions and campaigns and to evaluate the performance and capacity of the Distributors in the region.
To collect and understand all key indicators and address issues proactively through discussions with Distributors.
Marketing / promotions
To maximize the effectiveness of marketing and promotional programs.
To maintain market and product knowledge
To maintain timely, accurate communication with Distributors.
Sales administration
To understand reports and systems which pertain to the Distributor and Regional positions.
To analyze trends noted on reports and to determine corrective actions.
Job requirements Sales Team Leader - native Dutch
Previous experience in sales unit.
A solid education background
Dutch mother tongue as well as good English knowledge.
