Job description
You are primarily responsible for maintaining optimal client contact within the International Customer Service Center. As a hands-on manager you lead and coach by example. With your team, which consists of 6 multilingual full timers, you service European clients as efficiently as possible.  You also set up and coordinate after-sales activities effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead by example / You are a hands-on team member
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure optimal client satisfaction
-         Develop KPI’s to monitor the department’s efficiency and capacity
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Optimize and professionalise activities, processes and procedures with regard to (after) Â Sales and Service
Requirements
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Manager. Someone who puts customer satisfaction and support first, and knows how to structure the department in a way to effectively achieve this.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â HBO-equivalent level of thinking /experience
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum of 5 years experience in managing people within an international customer service/ tech support department
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of processes and procedures in a customer service environment and able to constantly keep improving them
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience within a similar industry is required (B2B hardware, office equipment)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent grasp of English. Other languages are a big advantage (especially German)
Salary indication
depending on experience.
