Our client, an international company in Tilburg, is currently looking to hire a German speaking customer service representative.
Job description
- First point for customers; concerning mail, invoices, orders, received documents, send of packing documentation.
- To register, analyze, coordinate of complaints concerning credit/debit input, RMA's, non-compliance reports and complaints of customers in
- General process and management of customer orders, incl. documents, special customer instructions etc.
- Pro actively inform customers of change in supplies.
- Provide basic product information to customers.
- Answer all general questions of the customer with reference to standard pricing, availability of goods, request for supply documents etc.
- To approve, organize and retour-requests of the customer in association with Sales team.
- Swift playing on customers problems to the commercial responsible
- Maintain of (commercial) contacts with customers.
- Promote of complete product line. (Up - and Cross-selling)
Requirements
- German and English
- Customer and service minded
- Able to work in a high-pace environment
- Some technical affinity is an advantage.
- Close traveling distance to Tilburg.
