At the moment, for their latest project in Financial Field, they are looking for customer Service Representatives with fluent German.
The role:
You will be responsible for the answering and processing questions and responses from the European clients, via telephone or e-mail.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- A clear and friendly (telephone) voice
- Team-player
- Client and service-oriented
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent English and native/ close-to-native level of German
- Computer literacy
