Job description
In this all round function you are, together with the finance manager, the sales manager and the managing director, part of the management team. Hierarchal reporting will be to the Managing Director, functional reporting to the International Customer Service Manager. Additionally you will be managing a team of 7 customer service representatives.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Full responsibility for the customer service; order entry, customer contact, support of the sales representatives, coordination of the returns and deal with the complaints
- Motivation of the customer service team
- Maintain pro active contact with the key accounts
- Coordination of the key account orders
- Implementation of new and review of existing sales agreements
- Produce last minute, monthly and weekly reports
- Support and execute several commercial projects
- Close cooperation with the logistic department to ensure correct execution and shipment of orders
- Pro actively measure , analyze, plan, implement and check to suggest and make improvements
Requirements
The candidate
- 3 to 4 years working experience in a comparable management role
- Fluent in French, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- HBO work/think level
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP
- Analytical and precise
- Hands on mentality
- Service focused
- Ambitious and dynamic
- Independent
- Communicatively strong
- Administratively strong
Salary indication
3500 gross per month
