Job description
- Primary responsible for ensuring optimal client satisfaction by accurate order management;
- To provide existing and potential clients with information about the product range, prices etc;
- Making reports and proposals for improvement, which can be implemented;
- Working actively together with the account managers and other departments;
- Coordinating and professionalizing the Customer Service Front Office;
- Replacement of head Customer Service & Logistics.
Requirements
- Education minimum Dutch HBO+ level;
- You are very service and customer minded and you have leadership skills;
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial work experience, preferably within a commercial or logistics related job;
- (Near) native speaker of French and Dutch. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in German is a plus;
- Strong team player who is capable of working together actively with differently departments and the account management team of the company;
- You have to be able to work pro actively, accurately, flexible and independently.
Salary indication
Good renumeration.
