We are looking for candidates with:
• Good communication skills
• A clear and friendly voice
• Client and service-oriented
• Fluent German and English
• Team player
• Prefessionalism in appearance and manner
• Business communication skills
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems
Basic Skills needed:
• Ability to use the phone system
• Keyboarding skills
• Availability to stay long term (1 year minimum)
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Ppunctuality, discipline, manners, politeness, appearance
This is role suited for someone who is looking to relocate to Venlo or surrpunding area (Dussedorf or Eindhoven are within short commuiter distance away) and are looking for the long term position. You will be dealing with higest levels of corporate support for bank’s clients. This is excellent role! It is customer support, but you will not have high volume of calls.
