Job description
Is responsible for ensuring that the organisation meets or exceeds the expectations of the company in the timely and accurate payment of invoices and cash application by liaising with the Business Process Outsourcing partner who provides this service, problem solving, monitoring performance against agreed performance measurements, and initiating performance improvement initiatives.
Provides necessary support for SAP changes and audit processes.
Controls the vendor payments process via checks with the partner.
Assists partner in recording and identifying chargebacks or posting of unapplied and partially applied cash.
Requirements
Excellent English skills are required. Other European languages are an advantage
Relevant post secondary school vocational education (e.g. MBO) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 6-8 years experience in related activities within AP, Cash Application or Purchase to Pay processes.
Knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. ERP and data entry / analysis experience preferably with SAP and Business Warehouse.
