The company is an international company based in Netherlands specialized in outsourced Customer Relations Management-services to leading technology companies providing support in 21 languages to 16 European countries.
Our hard- and software team is a shared team. They provide support to multiple projects.
The products we support are a.o. anti-virus software, tax software, legal software, home security systems, customs software and computer hardware.
We are looking for 1st line Technical Support Engineers with the following language skills:
1x German/English
The candidate:
• Has an education on MBO level (is also welcome to apply if he does not have the educational background in IT but has taught himself to work with computers)
• Has proven technical skills, has worked in a technical support position before or has functioned as a helpdesk for his family and friends
• Preferably has work experience in a customer service environment
• Has good typing skills and multitasking is not a problem for him
• Has a good command of English (both verbal and in writing) as this is the communication language of the company
• Likes variety in his work and is able to switch easily between projects/products
• Understands that basic user knowledge of computers is not enough for this position and has:
- proven technical skills, has worked in a technical support position before or has functioned as a helpdesk for your family and friends
- Knows how to build and install a pc himself, is able to install operating systems.
- Has some knowledge of SQL
- Has basic networking knowledge
