Daily duties:
As a level 1 Technical Support specialist you will be responsible for providing professional and effective support to customers in relation to IT networking devices.
• Handle queries from commercial clients.
• Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems.
• Understand all customers’ queries and respond in a professional and friendly manner.
• Prioritise issues in order to maintain quality of service.
Requirements:
• Fluency in German language and English essential
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven Customer Service Skills
• Problem solving, use of own initiative
• Strong IT, troubleshooting and networking skills:
Location:- Boxtel, Netherlands
Boxtel is located near the Eindhoven Area. Boxtel has almost 30.000 inhabitants. Boxtel is an attractive place to live, work and recreate. Characteristics:
In just under an hour you can travel to Amsterdam by train. By train you can easily travel as far as Germany, Belgium or France.
