The CSR will assure that product delivery is in accordance with customer requirements. The CSR is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by understanding our customers’ needs and responding quickly to them.
Requirements
- Fluent English, another of the following languages is a plus: Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Customer Service/Logistics in an international company.
- Customer and service oriented attitude. (both internally and externally)
- Team player, multitasking ability.
- Good eye for detail.
- Ability to understand (moderately) complex issues/processes.
- Good problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial insight.
- Affinity with administrative activities.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Windows applications and ERP Systems preferably SAP.
Salary indication
€2300-2600
