Job description
As an Export Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for understanding the company, the customer and market requirements, performing due diligence associated with the order, screening and following up the export order in SAP and managing the end to end export order process.Â
Requirements
- Fluent English, additionally one of the following languages is preferred: Italian, French, Polish
- Must possess solid export process management skills.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Customer and service oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player, multitasking ability.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Windows applications and ERP Systems preferably SAP.
- Two or more years in Customer Service with Export Experience desired.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills.
Salary indication
€2300-2600
