Due to the Fast Growing, My client his Looking for Customer Care Agents for a new challenging set up.

Daily duties:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the answering and processing of questions and queries from our European clients by telephone or e-mail.
You are interested to work in an enthusiastic multilingual team within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

Requirements:
Fluent in any of 2 languages-French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German
Good in English
Good communication skills
A clear and friendly (telephone) voice
Familiarity with a PC and experience with Windows, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Should have customer service experience.
Willingness to work 40 hours during the training weeks
Location:- Venlo, Netherlands
