Sales and Marketing Manager required for Successful Scandinavian Company based in Malta.
Destination: Malta
The Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Start Date: ASAP
DESTINATION: MALTA

RELOCATION TO MALTA MADE EASY

-10 days accommodation in company apartment.
-Our client will assist with opening a Bank Account in Malta
-€450 Monthly Rent Allowance (Covers your rent and bills)
THE COMPANY
Our Client is Scandinavia’s leading supplier of cross border online company registrations.
Due to the reduced costs of setting up and registering a business in Malta, our client is working closely with companies originally based in Norway or Sweden. Engaging with and registering with our client means these companies reduce costs dramatically.
THE JOB
-This position is to take over the whole company’s Sales and Marketing
-Our client is looking for someone who will hit the ground running.
-Installing a marketing led ethos throughout the Team
-Researching and reporting on external opportunities
-Understanding current and potential customers
-Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
-Developing the marketing strategy and plan
-Management of the marketing mix
THE PERFECT EMPLOYEE
-Native / Near Native level of English
-European Work Permit / EU passport
-Google Ads experience
-On-line experience
-Marketing experience
-People management experience
-Confident personality and positively aggressive (in terms of sale and market expansion)
-Very keen and enthusiastic about the job.
-Sales experience with ability to close deals.
-Knowledge of various business cultures
-Can work using their own initiative
THE OFFER
-Generous Basic Salary
-On average between €4000 - €7000 Commission Per Month
-€550 Rent Allowance Per Month
