Company: Our client is parent company to some of the leading travel companies in the UK. They currently have a vacancy for a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Role: As Customer Service Representative you are responsible for the following; working on client projects executing and revising their plans, supporting clients via email and telephone on general and technical queries, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and trying to extend or renew contracts where possible. In addition you will be required to Troubleshoot simple technical issues through a solutions orientated approach.
Skills: The successful candidate should have a degree along with 1-2 years experience in Retail, Technical Support, Help Desk Support or Customer Service. It is essential the successful candidate has excellent computers skills. It is also important to have a high degree of flexibility to work outside core working hours and overtime as required. Finally the ideal candidate must be Danish and English to be considered for these role additional languages are advantageous.
