We are looking for enthusiastic customer service agents who are fluent in German or French!
Our customer facilitates a company specialized in Tablets and Smartphones.
Jobdescription:
You would work at the customer service desk? You will answer questions about the smartphone and tablet. You are providing customer support on complaint / enquiries of the clients customers. Trying to diagnose the problem and to resolve it either through personal knowledge or by using the various solutions available by the project. These questions are very varied and therefore you will receive extensive training.
Requirements:
* 32-40 hours/week available
* Fluent in French or German
* Good in English
* Strong PC and internet skills
* Preferably experience with customer contact/service
* Inquisitive and service-focused
Working hours: Monday - Friday from 08.00 till 20.00 hrs . Saturday from 09:00 till 18:00 hrs. Sunday from 08.00 till 18.00 hrs.
