We are one of the first organisations to set up a service centre in Krakow that is solely focused on solutions selling, demonstrating our forward-thinking, fast-track attitude. As part of a brand new team, you’ll be key to profitable performance by maximising cash collections and reducing overdue balances and bad debts. This will involve taking responsibility for your own sales ledger section and pro-actively speaking to customers about their accounts.
It’s your language skills more than credit control experience that we’re interested in. Naturally, a credit control background gained in a B2B environment would be an asset, but full training and development is available. As well as the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, you must have the judgement to make commercial decisions and the resilience to work under pressure. Knowledge of financial systems and MS packages is also important.
