The job involves providing technical support for laptops, digital cameras and various online services. You will communicate with French customer base via inbound calls and suggest various warrantee extensions and services as well as troubleshooting issues
The Skills required for this job are:
Fluent French C1 minimum
6 months previous experience in a call centre environment
Up to the minute knowledge of latest electronic products
