For our European Head Office in Amersfoort we are looking for:
Customer Service Representative Benelux (Fluent in Dutch and French)
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative works in the Customer Service Team in our Amersfoort office and reports to the Team Leader Customer Service. He or she is primarily responsible for handling all customer requests. Working in the heart of the organization the daily tasks are:
•handling and processing all hospital orders through our global SAP system
•handling all incoming telephone calls with and e-mail contacts from your customers
•dealing with queries from customers regarding order status and deliveries
•support the local sales team in responding to requests for sending price quotations, sales brochures and samples
Team member profile:
•MBO+/HBO degree level
•Strong Affinity with Medical Industry
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position and proven track record
•Work experience in an international environment is preferred
•Strong team building skills
•Fluent in both Dutch and French
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch
•Needs good knowledge of MS office and Windows based computer applications
•Experience with SAP is preferred
•Self-starter
•Highly organized
•Be able to work with deadlines
•Hands on mentality
