Job Profile
The aim of your function is the whole order to cash process: from buying to selling.
This includes but is not limited to:
The timely order entry of sales contracts, payment conditions and supply conditions.
Maintain daily contact with warehouses, transporters as well as customers.
Organising freight with local and foreign transport companies (sea transport but mainly road transport).
Determine invoices, and check document flow: invoice control from outsourced partners and all remaining administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
Requirements:
MUST BE fluent in English with Fluent French, Italian or German.
MUST HAVE at least 1 yrs experience in logistics – import/export
Minimal MBO/HBO
Logistical background through education or work experience
Affinity with doing business on a international scale
Accurate and organised
Knowledge of SAP preferred but not required
Good computer skills are required
Hands on mentality and independent worker
Able to handle a fast paced and dynamic environment
Good problem solving abilities are required
Proactive and persuasive personality
Good business communication skills
