The CSR is responsible for:
* Call Handling (inbound and outbound)
* Handling of service and return requests as per defined processes
* Reviewing current Customer Service processes and structures on cost and time effectiveness
* Reporting
* Supporting other departments when needed
* Providing close cooperation with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Managers and Finance.
* Providing active sales support to the field sales team
* Complete assigned projects
Requirements
* System knowledge on Windows applications, ERP database (Oracle 11i) order management.
* Initiating and driving further efficiency improvements
* Customer Focussed
* People oriented
* Strong independent behaviour
* Strong commercial affinity
* Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
* Team player
* Ability to work and perform under pressure
* Fluent English. Additional languages are beneficial
Education:
HBO degree or equivalent experience
