Job description:
Customer Service, French is the most important language but the person also needs to speak fluent Spanish to be able to handle both languages.
Requirements:
Educational level : MBO+, HBO
1-2 or more years experience in working a Customer Service Team in an international setting with high focus on After Sales, process improvement and Customer Satisfaction, preferably in a B2B and/or B2C setting
