Their European Service centre is based in Amsterdam, with a team of almost 700 employees. This European Contact Centre is responsible for Customer advice, Order taking and after sales services.
Role: They are currently recruiting for Norwegian native level speakers for their customer service department. In this role you are responsible for dealing with incoming calls regarding products offered by the company. It is your task to provide the clients with a satisfying answer and try to sell some of their products!
Skills: For this role you need to have a passion for tourism, excellent communication skills attention to detail and good phone skills. Ideally, you have some experience in a similar environment. Excellent spoken and written skills in Norwegian are required and you have to have a high level of English.
