As Customer Service Representative you'll join an international team of over 70 experienced English, German, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch Customer Services Representatives. Working within our Customer Services EMEA department in Amsterdam, you'll be a highly motivated, customer focused professional. This role requires individuals with excellent people and customer skills since your primary function will be to interface with customers and other internal departments, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Main Tasks
* Ensuring the quality resolution of all the customer requests and issues Interacting with both external and internal customers
* Responding to all incoming customer enquiries relating to all faults and outages, for all supported products and services following agreed processes and working to Service Level Agreements
* Completing first line diagnostics and raising trouble tickets to Technical Support team
* Liaising with Technical Operations Groups and other non-technical teams for timely resolution of Customer faults
* Detailed knowledge about the supported products and services
* Adhering to the company’s policies and working practices, carrying them out in a professional service manner
Requirements
* Excellent English language and written skills
* Minimum of two other languages
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous Contact or Call Centre customer services experience
* Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, accuracy and flexibility
* Ideally you'll have the ability to manage multiple priorities problem solving and complaint handling as well as the capability to work well in a team and individually.
