Job description:
• Check, controlling all documents submitted
• Ensure that all documentation request for each case has been reviewed and signed by those involved
• Prepare the agenda of cases to be submitted to the Committeee and prepare also minutes generated by the Committee
• Focal point for European suppliers related to material, technical assistance and inspection invoice matters
• Responsible for controlling/registration/distribution of European material and technical assistance invoices
• Responsible for the handling/approval of bank guarantees
Requirements:
• MBO (Administration) or 3-5 years of workexperience in a similar job.
• Knowledge of accounting/financial controlling.
• Good communication skills in Spanish/English, both in written and verbal (Dutch is a plus).
• Accurate.
• Analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Exact, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
