Job description:

Key responsibilities:

• General secretarial tasks such as prepare and type internal/external correspondence, offers, answering the phone and mail, planning and organize meetings etc.
• Maintain and manage de contact database.
• Set up and manage the photograph directory.
• Prepare (internationals) events.

Requirements:

Capability profile / Qualifications:

• Minimum MBO level, secretarial or office management education.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
• Excellent knowledge of oral and written English, Dutch and German.
• A flexible, “hands-on” person with organizational capacity.
